Custom Orders - We pride ourselves on the ability to manufacture almost any item within reason. Other than one-of-a-kind pieces, we can custom design our existing product line to dimensions that suit customers' needs. Additionally, we can work off of designs and photos submitted by customers. A series of books and catalogues featuring a rich array of furniture photos depicting the Balinese look are available for viewing at our 17,500 square foot facility in Irvine, California. Customers should allow at least 120 days for the completion and delivery to California of custom orders. We require a 50% upfront deposit on any custom orders. Availability, Delivery, & Shipping - in the unlikely event that we are out of stock on any particular item, we will order it for you. As with most other importers, please allow at least 90 days for such deliveries. We require a 50% upfront deposit for back orders. We employ a company dedicated to prompt local deliveries for a reasonable price. For nationwide deliveries, we use several shipping/trucking companies.
